1. Conditions of use

SafeBox Bali self-storage in Canggu is offered to you on condition that you accept these Terms & Conditions. Using this website or booking a locker means you agree to them.

2. The service

We rent indoor lockers for luggage, personal belongings, sports gear, and similar items. Sizes and prices are shown on this website in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Access is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Exact unit, dates, and availability are confirmed when you book.

3. Booking and prices

Bookings are currently confirmed via WhatsApp or on-site. Prices may change; the rate agreed at booking applies to that rental. If a price on the site is wrong, we may refuse or correct the booking before you move in.

4. Cancellation and refund policy

Cancel before your agreed move-in date by messaging us on WhatsApp. Prepaid rent that was not used is refunded in IDR, minus any bank or payment-provider fees we cannot recover.

After move-in, unused days are not automatically refunded. Early move-out does not by itself create a refund unless we agree otherwise in writing (including WhatsApp).

If we cannot provide the locker you booked (for example the unit is unusable), we will offer another unit or a refund of unused prepaid rent.

5. What you may store

Typical use: boxes, luggage, sports equipment, and personal items. You must not store prohibited or illegal items, food, live animals, hazardous materials, or anything that can damage the facility or other customers. You are responsible for what you put in the locker.

6. Privacy

We use the contact details you give us (name, phone, WhatsApp, email) only to complete and support your booking. We do not sell your data.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care of the facility (including indoor space, access control, and CCTV). We are not liable for loss or damage beyond what Indonesian law requires, including items stored in breach of these terms.
